Monkey House, Mayfair
Monkey House is a new build restaurant and nightclub within an existing building, involving a high end luxury finish. BIM Yorkshire designed all heating/cooling/ventilation/domestic water and public health systems. The extremely onerous acoustic parameters meant a typical VRF/VRV system was not possible, so a 2 pipe heating/cooling ducted airforce heat-pump was utilised. Also including grease separation via ESP's on the kitchen extract system.

Yauatcha, Soho
The focus of this project was in ensuring excellent thermal comfort across multiple levels of a space, while ensuring minimal visual impact and next to no acoustic impact. In order to achieve this a mixed mode naturally assisted ventilated systems was allowed for. We were then able to ensure all services went into an accessible location for future maintenance. Clash detection was utilised to review for all pipework, ductwork and electrical services, to ensure it was co-ordinated with the main structure and the other services.

Eneko is a new build high end restaurant set within an existing Hotel. BIM Yorkshire designed all heating/cooling/ventilation/domestic water and public health systems. The site utilised a vacuum drainage system which carried certain challenges which were overcome. Coordination of services was critical due to limited space, in order to facilitate this BIM modelling was very important to ensure all the services were tightly encased to create high ceilings within the space.

Issho is a Ground Up new build construction of a High End Bar/Restaurant. Due to culinary style the kitchen extract carried certain complications, these were overcome by working closely with the kitchen specialists.

Victoria Gate Casino, Leeds
Victoria Gate Casino is a Ground Up new build construction of a High End Casino. BIM Yorkshire designed and developed all heating and ventilation systems. The use of heating and cooling air source heat pumps provided a sustainable and low carbon energy system. Due to extremely high ceilings it was imperative that the footfall below received the correct heating or cooling system in a managed way. Special consideration was applied to air velocities to avoid drafts, whilst ensuring enough air reach occupied areas to provide comfortable temperatures.

Swingers is a new fit out of a CAT A offering into a Crazy Golf facility including bar and kitchen. BIM Yorkshire designed all the mechanical and electrical services.

High End Country Club, Surrey
BIM Yorkshire designed all the mechanical and electrical services for a new clubhouse for a High End offering working closely with Interior Designers, Architects and other specialists. Within the same development we undertook the detailed design of all mechanical and electrical services for their Holiday Cottages and Apartments. This complex included a meeting space, restaurant and commercial kitchen and outdoor swimming pool.
Due to the high end nature of this client, the focus was always on quality, longevity and building a robust services system which will be resilient over time. As unexpected downtime would have both a commercial impact and also would affect their reputation.
